Christine Lipson MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP of HRConcierge has over 25 years of experience as a senior level operations and human resources executive. She specializes in strategic organizational planning, risk management, benefit plan design, recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management systems, and process improvement. Her cross-industry knowledge includes education, banking, healthcare, insurance, and recreation. Ms. Lipson's total business perspective comes from her C-suite level HR Generalist experience, operations, benefits, organization change, and training and development positions. She received her MBA from the University of Colorado and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Business Transformation Consultant.
